Mr. Miller is the founding partner of the Law Offices of Scott A. Miller, P.C. He attended Alabama University in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, graduating in 1999 with a B.A. in Communication and Information Sciences. He then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. Because of his outstanding academic achievements, he was selected as Dean Scholar at Florida Coastal School of Law. While at Florida Coastal School of Law, Mr. Miller was named "Best Advocate" of the Florida Coastal School of Law Trial Practice Program. After graduating from Law School, Mr. Miller interned for Fulton County Judge Cynthia Wright.

In October of 2005, Mr. Miller founded, The Law Offices of Scott A. Miller, P.C. located in Alpharetta, Georgia.
